Namasport is a mental health studio for adults, couples, and groups who want to achieve holistic psychological healing. Clinicians use a combination of evidence-based practices in psychology and seamlessly interweave mediation, breathwork, and gentle movement into sessions. By helping clients make connections between psychological states and physical sensations, we enhance the therapeutic process and deepen the fundamental relationship with self.
