Stephanie Pinsler

Stephanie Pinsler is the founder, CEO, and clinical director at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

With a multifaceted background, Stephanie has curated a unique and comprehensive approach to mental health, blending her expertise as a clinical director, counselor, mindfulness maven, sport psych consultant, and yoga instructor. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling with a Specialization in Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. Stephanie then furthered her knowledge by studying Integrative Meditation at Westminster University in London, England. This diverse educational background laid the foundation for the creation of the Namasport method, which integrates clinical counseling, personal development, movement, breath-work, and psychological skills in a comprehensive environment.

Stephanie's therapeutic orientation is a testament to her holistic approach, drawing from various modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sound Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. Her belief in the interconnectedness of mind and body is evident in her commitment to bridging the gap between the two, fostering a deeper connection with the self. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation in mental health, Stephanie actively seeks creative ways to direct treatment planning for both her clients and clinicians at the studio. Her dynamic approach reflects a dedication to exploring unconventional avenues for personal growth and well-being.

Stephanie divides her time between Colorado and Illinois, strategically positioning herself to realize the future goal of expanding Namasport into additional communities. Through her leadership and pioneering spirit, Stephanie Pinsler continues to shape the landscape of mental health, offering a transformative and integrated approach that transcends traditional boundaries.

Macee Broer

Macee Broer is a lead clinician and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Macee earned her Master’s Degree in Child Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Mental Health from San Diego State University. During this time, she specifically focused on trauma-informed attachment work with young children and their families. Macee has experience working in non-profit, educational, residential, and private practice settings. She has consistently worked with adolescents, teens, and adults who have been impacted by trauma. She has extensive background and experience in trauma-processing and trauma-informed care, and approaches each client with curiosity, comfort, and compassion. 

Macee has always been drawn to mind-body connection and has personal experience in what mind-body healing can look like. She has been an athlete her entire life, played collegiate soccer, and is motivated to reach young student-athletes in their journey to navigating the incorporation of mental health in sports. 

She has naturally leaned into a more holistic approach and often incorporates an attachment, relational, and nervous-system perspective. Macee is grateful to bring her knowledge and experiences into another non-judgmental space and strives to continue to foster her professional growth in mind-body healing.

Maggie Medzigian

Maggie Medzigian is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Maggie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Therapy with Children and Families at Loyola University Chicago. During this time, she specifically focused on trauma-based attachment work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and group therapy with adolescents who have been impacted by trauma. Maggie has worked with adults, adolescents, families, and couples in a variety of neurorehabilitation, community-based, school, residential, and private practice settings.

Throughout her clinical work, Maggie has become increasingly more passionate about the mind-body connection and supporting those impacted by injury, chronic pain, and associated trauma in accessing their resilience and deepening connection to self and others. Maggie believes that through rooting more deeply in mind and body and emphasizing nervous system regulation, with curiosity on board, we can cultivate a fuller sense of grounding, safety, and wellbeing.

Maggie approaches her work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based and integrative perspective emphasizing holistic healing. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, breath work, and other somatic and nervous-system approaches. She strives to create an inclusive and non-judgmental space that fosters safety, recognizes strengths, and values individual needs and experiences.

Bridget Montgomery

Bridget Montgomery is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Bridget earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. During her time at Northwestern, she was an emerging scholar and graduate assistant with research interests in mental skills training for athletes, ethics, eating disorders, and the application of Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) to athlete populations. Bridget has worked with adolescents, adults, families, and groups in private practice settings. Prior to becoming a mental health therapist, she worked in event management for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, ran competitively, and taught college writing at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

As a former competitive athlete, Bridget has always been curious about the mind-body connection, how athletes use their bodies to move their minds, and how athletes limit or enhance their performance with their mindset. She enjoys integrating philosophy and mindfulness into her sessions, and she believes in a holistic, compassionate, and collaborative approach to mental healthcare. 

Bridget is passionate about building rapport with her clients and creating a therapeutic space that is hopeful, non-judgmental, empathic, respectful, and warm. She believes every client deserves a safe space to explore their values, goals, passions, and story. She uses evidence-based and holistic approaches in her sessions like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), RO DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She is committed to meeting her clients where they are and to helping them pave their path toward healing. 

Bridget’s four-year-old dog, Loki Blue, often joins virtual sessions.

Rachel Caughey

Rachel is an associate therapist and reiki practitioner at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Rachel is completing a Master’s Degree in Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness at New York University. In her work, Rachel brings a supportive and inspiring approach to healing to help clients lead more embodied, conscious, and meaningful lives. 

Rachel is an integrative somatic therapist, utilizing both holistic approaches and evidence-based practices. She believes humans are storytellers and the most important story is the one we tell ourselves about our life. By incorporating narrative theory, she encourages an ongoing process of identity formation, meaning-making, and trauma processing. Her work also utilizes the behavioral science principles, dialectical philosophies, and meditation practices of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These modalities harness the power of neuroscience and spirituality in order to mindfully shift clients toward positive behavior change.

Prior to her graduate studies, Rachel worked in leadership development and executive coaching for 15 years, supporting some of the world’s most prolific leaders, organizations, and communities. Rachel trained with one of the pioneers of the Adaptive Leadership methodology, a revolutionary change framework, that has greatly informed her theory of personal transformation. Alongside her career in leadership development, Rachel began a deeper study of metaphysical healing. Through the Maha Rose healing center, she was certified in Reiki energy work, crystal healing, and tarot reading. Rachel believes in a trauma-informed, holistic approach to healing that invites in the mind-body connection through psychotherapy and somatic interventions. Through this integrated top-down and bottom-up approach, she hopes to bring psychological, spiritual, emotional, and physical healing to her clients.

Kathleen Nelson

Kathleen Nelson is a clinician at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Kathleen earned her Master's degree in Social Work at Boston College with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families and where she received a certificate in trauma. During her time at Boston College, she specialized in working with children, adolescents, families, and groups. In her background working with clients, Kathleen has continuous experience engaging with eating disorders, trauma, and other mental health diagnoses. From this background, Kathleen’s strengths are following the client’s lead and identifying their authentic voice. Kathleen does this through her sense of humor, grounded energy, and genuine curiosity.

She takes a broad approach utilizing Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic approaches to inform her understanding and relationship with her clients in order to meet them where they are. Kathleen believes in utilizing meditation and other mind-body practices in order to foster safety and connection in the therapeutic setting.

Kalen Koch

Kalen Koch is a lead clinician and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio. 

She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Graduate Certificate in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. During this time, she also earned her yoga teacher training certification in Orlando. She truly believes in the ability to heal ourselves holistically through both body movement and cognitive transformation. She has gained substantial experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families throughout her time as a wilderness therapist with one of the premiere Wilderness Therapy programs in Colorado. She incorporated a family-systems and solution-focused approach as she guided families on Family Quest experiences in a wilderness setting.  She has also provided parent coaching in order to facilitate the parallel process of healing alongside their child. 

In her work, Kalen brings an open, non-judgmental, and genuine mindset while blending together different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, body-centered work, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, and non-violent communication skills. She is also in the process of becoming certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). After establishing rapport, she integrates the approaches that best fit the needs of the person or persons in front of her. She views human connection as an important step in cultivating growth and values the relational approach to therapy. She hopes to foster a safe space for all people to flourish. Kalen is recently trained in Brainspotting and looks forward to implementing this technique with clients.

Suzanne Knight

Suzanne Knight is a clinical advisor at Namasport Mental Health Studio. 

Suzanne Knight is an experienced clinical advisor at Namasport Mental Health Studio, bringing over 30 years of expertise as a marriage and family therapist. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. Leveraging her rich educational background and diverse life experiences, Suzanne provides invaluable guidance and support to emerging clinicians. Her areas of expertise include navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and trauma.

As a clinical mentor, Suzanne embraces a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and relational well-being. She integrates attachment and relational theories into her mentorship, emphasizing the significance of fostering healthy connections and addressing the root causes of emotional challenges. By offering personalized guidance and comprehensive strategies, Suzanne empowers clinicians to grow in their practice and achieve meaningful change in their clients' lives. Her passion for enhancing mental health and well-being makes her a vital resource at Namasport.

Lindsey Roth

Lindsey Roth is a Registered Dietitian at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Lindsey completed her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition and her Dietetic Internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth. Lindsey has always had a passion for helping others and her interest in the treatment of eating disorders is what drew her into studying foods and nutrition. Lindsey has focused on the treatment of eating disorders, including BED, BN, AN, OSFED and ARFID. In addition to the treatment of eating disorders Lindsey also has supported individuals with Diabetes, disordered eating, intuitive eating, IBS/gastrointestinal distress, heart disease, and oncology. Lindsey has experience working with diverse clientele, from adolescents to adults.

As a clinician, Lindsey practices nutrition through a weight-inclusive and anti-diet lens and is passionate about helping her clients reduce fear and stress around food and reconnecting with food in a more neutral way. She enjoys supporting her clients with both an empathetic and direct approach and appreciates humor in her work with clients.

Meaghan O’Donnell

Meaghan O’Donnell is a licensed physical therapist and ski coach at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and has nearly a decade of experience helping individuals manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, and improve mobility through manual therapy and movement-based techniques. Meaghan has worked with people of all ages, with a focus on guiding clients back to the activities they love with confidence and less pain.

Meaghan has always been passionate about the connection between physical and mental health. She takes a holistic approach to physical therapy, addressing not only the physical aspects of recovery but also the emotional and mental factors that can impact healing. Recognizing the correlation between anxiety, depression, and physical pain, she values having honest conversations with her clients to help them overcome barriers and live a more fulfilling, pain-free life.

As an athlete herself, Meaghan understands the mental challenges that accompany physical setbacks. She is committed to supporting her clients through their recovery journeys, combining physical therapy with mindfulness and body awareness to foster resilience in both body and mind. Meaghan is grateful to bring her expertise into a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can heal and thrive.

Jessie Brownstein

Jessie Brownstein is a dietitian and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She believes in creating a deeper connection with the body and food, fostering both enjoyment in eating and a sense of nourishment. As a Registered Dietitian and educator, Jessie weaves her background as a former teacher with her expertise in nutrition to offer a comprehensive and enriched counseling experience. She is dedicated to providing the most current nutrition information, while supporting individuals on their journey to improved health and wellness.

Jessie works with a diverse range of clients, including those seeking to optimize their nutrition in sports and performance settings, manage weight concerns, or navigate the pre and postpartum period. Her approach is rooted in understanding each client’s unique health situation and lifestyle, ensuring personalized care through a whole-body perspective. Jessie’s broad experience includes working as a lifestyle coach, hospital consultant, and private practitioner, giving her a well-rounded foundation in the field.

Through an evidence-based, supportive approach, Jessie encourages clients to build a healthier relationship with food. She emphasizes intuitive eating, balance, and long-lasting habits to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their daily lives. Jessie is passionate about guiding her clients toward lasting, meaningful changes that nourish both body and mind.

Leslie Glenn

Leslie Glenn is a yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.


Leslie's journey to yoga began as a professional snowboarder. Yoga not only improved her athletic prowess but brought balance and presence to all parts of her life. These experiences have heartened her to follow her dreams, live with purpose, revel in moments of everyday magic and to teach yoga. Her yoga practice remains a beacon of light as she navigates the joys and challenges of everyday life, including a recent journey surviving breast cancer. Leslie's classes explore mindful movement, stability, breath, meditation and intention to inspire her students to connect with their highest potential both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is for everyone and works to make all of her classes accessible and inclusive.

Leslie is always learning and growing in her practice and understanding of yoga and she is grateful to all the teachers who she has had the opportunity to study with over the years. She is a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher with certifications from both Meta Yoga Schools and Para Yoga.  Her advanced studies have been informed by the Himalayan Tradition, Rod Stryker, Judith Lasater, Kari Kwinn and Tracee Stanley among others.

Elizabeth Brumfield

Elizabeth “EJ” Brumfield is a sound healer and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

She creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for inner healing and moments to touch the divine within us. To her, these ancient tools (Breathwork, Sound, and Yoga) serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self.

EJ has been teaching, studying, and practicing all over the world for over 10 years. She has served as lead teacher for multiple 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world from India, to Malta, to Indonesia, to Colorado.

Marian McNair

Marian is a sound healer and yoga instructor at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Marian has been working with and perfecting her practice with crystal bowl sound therapy for over 25 years. With an extensive background in music, art, yoga and teaching, she combines this knowledge to offer clients a safe and nurturing space to heal and gain a sense of well-being.

Having a passion for helping others on their path, Marian offers vibrational sound classes for cancer patients, children with special needs, and seniors with memory issues. With her long time practice, starting at the age of 16, Marian teaches yoga and sound meditation classes as well as how to play the crystal bowls to those who truly wish to deepen their awareness with this beautiful vibrational instrument.

Marian has presented at wellness events and retreats across the country, including the National Wellness Conference since 2010, speaking about the science behind the art of crystal bowl healing, and beautifully demonstrating the art behind the science. Knowing that expressing ourselves creatively with art is healing, she often incorporates painting and other projects, along with the music, movement and sound in her classes and workshops.

Marian has produced six CDs, four of which have the beautiful sounds of crystal bowls and voice for restoration and peace. In 2014, she released two CDs, one with bluesy and heartfelt love songs, all written by Marian, and the other a collaborative country/folk CD. In late 2015, The Amethyst Cave was released. Along with the crystal bowls & voice you are also gently guided into the meditative state with creative visualizations.

Chris Stratton

Chris Stratton is a reiki healer at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Chris is a reiki master teacher and somatic therapist. He aspires to work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and mood disorders. His work can relieve pain, promote relaxation, and improve self-esteem. Chris will work closely with your therapist to assist in treatment planning

Captain Pinsler

Captain is a therapy dog at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Captain is a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier and began his work within his first year of life. Captain is passionate about enhancing the benefits of therapy with his positive and calming energy. Merely his presence is therapeutic.


Birdie Caughey

Birdie is a therapy dog and assistant reiki practitioner at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Birdie is chihuahua mix, trained by proxy in Reiki healing. He brings a warm, fuzzy, and grounded presence to the therapeutic space. As affirmed by all of his clients, Birdie is the real healer.


Loki Blue Montgomery

Loki Blue is a therapy dog at Namasport Mental Health Studio.

Loki is a Hungarian Vizsla, known for his "velcro" attachment to his humans and his therapy work. He can be found sleeping in the background, occasionally bringing toys into session, and moving his head slightly if he hears the words "treat" or "walk." Loki brings a warmth, soothing energy, and infinite compassion to each session.
