Namasport Yoga Therapy Sessions

Namasport Reformer Pilates Sessions

These sessions guide clients through a series of movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. There is an emphasis on breath-work and mental health skills through movement of the body and stillness of the mind. Allegro 2 reformer is utilized.

Namasport Mental Health Workshops

We combine our mental health evidence-based interventions with somatic practices such as energy clearing, breath-work, and movement.
